Thermal Transfer Paper Label

Thermal transfer labels require ribbons. This label material is coated with a finish that is designed to be printed with ribbons through a thermal transfer printing system.  The most common type of thermal transfer label is made of paper but more durable options like polypropylene and polyester are also available. The most common type of ribbon for this label application is wax.  A was/resin composite and full resin ribbon are also available more durable applications.  They are generally used for short term applications like shipping/ handling, inventory control and laboratory applications. Our premium thermal labels are coated with either permanent or removable adhesive. Permanent adhesive offers great adhesion to smooth plastic, glass, paper and corrugated cardboard surfaces., while removable adhesive allows the label to be removed cleanly without leaving a trace.
